Delivery Information

 

UK Orders

We offer free delivery on orders over £30.

All orders below £30 will be shipped using Royal Mail and the exact service/costs will be confirmed upon checkout.

 

International Orders

We currently only accept orders from the UK. 

 

What If I Want My Order Quicker?

There will be options for faster delivery at checkout, however, order processing times will remain the same. 

 

If you need your order urgently, please drop us an email at hello@greendigitaldesign.co.uk and we will see what we can do.

 

When Will I Receive My Order?

All orders are made to order and processing times vary, so please refer to each listing for processing times. We aim to get all orders dispatched within 48 hours, however, during busy periods timescales may be longer.

 

Please allow 7 working days for delivery from when you receive notification that we have shipped your items. Once sent, delivery timing is out of our control but if you do not receive your item after 7 working days, please let us know.

 

How Will My Item Be Packaged?

The way your item is packaged will depend on what you order. We use a variety of letter boxes, card backed envelopes and boxes to ensure that your item arrives in the best condition possible. We may send out larger orders in separate packages, details of which will be confirmed when we despatch your order.

 

Returns Information

 

My Item Is Damaged, What Do I Do?

We quality check all orders and take great care in packaging your parcel to keep it safe, however, at times you may receive items that have been damaged in transit. If you receive an item that is damaged, please email us at hello@greendigitaldesign.co.uk with photos and descriptions and we will assist you with a refund or exchange.

 

What If I Want To Return An Item That Isn't Damaged?

Returns are considered within 28 days of your order and will be subject to items being in an unused and sealed condition. We do not accept returns on personalised items, so please take care to check the personal information provided - these details will appear as inputted. 

 

How Do I Return An Item?

If you want to return an item, please send us an email with the below:

- Name

- Email Address

- Order Number

- Item Details

 

We will then confirm whether the returns request has been accepted. 

 

If accepted, items need to be returned to the address below. We do not offer free returns and advise all returns are sent via a tracked service. Green Digital Design will not accept any responsibility for returns that get lost in the post, that do not arrive to us or where tracking cannot be provided.
